At Prakrat, we offer reliable shipping options to ensure your products are delivered safely and promptly across India. Orders typically take 7 to 10 days for delivery, depending on your location. We strive to prepare your order within 2 business days to maintain the highest quality standards, as many of our products are made to order.

If your order includes more than 2 pieces per product per style, is currently under production, or consists of customized or made-to-order products, additional processing time may be required. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email & SMS regarding the status of your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor its progress.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are handled by third-party courier partners. While we coordinate closely with our shipping agencies, on-time delivery is not entirely within our control, and delays caused by courier services are not the responsibility of Prakrat.

For short-notice or urgent orders, delivery will be made as per the estimated timeline only, and expedited or guaranteed delivery cannot be assured.
